• Processing purchase orders, quotation and all related documents of Sales and Marketing Department.
• Monitoring and managing all concerns related to shipment activities to ensure a smooth process.
• Performing duties as assigned by GM and Sales Managers.

• 1-3 years of working experience as sales administrator or sales support.
• Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
• Service minded with pleasant personality.
• Good Microsoft Office skill.
• English communication skills (TOEIC required 450 score).
