Sales Administrative and Executive Assistant
Responsibilities
• Prepare quotations and sales orders.
• Handle billing and customer checks.
• Assist the domestic sales team in tracking orders and coordinating delivery schedules.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of sales operations.
• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., logistics, accounting).
• Manage schedules and appointments for the Japanese boss.
• Oversee office administration.
Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 1-2 years in sales support, administrative roles, or related fields.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English TOEIC required at least a 450 score)
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Soft Skills: Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
